Create a vibrant and inclusive a cappella experience rooted in Barbershop Harmony that enriches the lives of our singers and our local community. Provide a safe space to foster a love for music, creativity, personal growth, and shared expression, celebrating diversity and camaraderie. Commit to musical excellence to uplift, connect, and create lasting memories for all through inspiring performances and dedicated support for youth choral programs.

We welcome guests to any and all of our rehearsals, and we also have two nights a year to really focus on showing you what we're all about.  Our next Guest Night is
Thursday, June 4th at our regular rehearsal location in Durham.  Check out the event for more details, bring a friend, and learn what it takes to be in a four part harmony chorus!

Heart of Carolina A Cappella has a committed, strong core group of singers, a fresh a cappella show chorus approach, a wonderful repertoire, and the drive to perform to a high standard of excellence.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are dedicated to enriching our community through inspiring performances, providing financial and resource support to local school choral music programs, and organizing weekend workshops to introduce high school students to the Barbershop style and other forms of a cappella singing.

We are proud to be the first chapter in the Barbershop Harmony Society's Carolinas District to welcome all genders to sing with us. Our mixed-voice, women's, and men's ensembles perform and compete at the highest levels.

Heart of Carolina A Cappella is the Triangle's championship chorus and the most decorated barbershop chorus in the Carolinas District.

Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm at Croasdaile Village, 2600 Croasdaile Farm Parkway, Durham, NC 27705. Please contact us before visiting a rehearsal; we'll give you directions to where in the facility we are meeting.
